60 Seconds of Mindfulness

When you don't have time to sit for a formal meditation session, even taking a short break in the middle of another activity can make a huge difference. For 60 seconds focus solely on your breathing. Keep your eyes open and breathe normally. When you find that your mind has wandered off, gently guide your attention back to the breath. Even very short breaks like this can make a big difference in being calm and appreciating the present moment throughout your day.
