Focus on just one Physical Sense

Sit down and focus on one of the physical senses. Maybe sound or sight. You can use background sounds and close your eyes, or keep your eyes open and keep your gaze fixed on a specific object.

Try focussing on this one sense for as long as you can. If you get distracted, try and bring your focus back to the sense you are focussing on.
